Women's Programs

Young Israel of Skokie is proud of its active programming for women and teenage girls. Developing a sense of community and space to contribute for Jewish women is a core mission of Young Israel.

Throughout the year, we aspire to host a series of events that are a healthy blend of torah-inspired events as well as fun and engaging social gatherings.

	MAY 21, 2023: BRUNCH & LEARN WITH KOCHAVA YITZHAK Enjoy a delicious brunch and inspiring pre-Shavuot shiur with Rabbanit Kochava Yitzhak! Beautiful centerpieces to be given away at the end. May 21, 10:30am, only $15, students free.
	March 21, 2023: PRE-PESACH EXCHANGE Come share your inspirational seder ideas and hear from other women on how to make your seder more engaging, ideas for Chol haMoed, ahopping secrets, must-try receipes, and more!
	February 11, 2023: COCOA & KUMZITS Enjoy a warm evening of hot cocoa, inspiring singing, and friendly faces! Young Israel of Skokie will be hosting a Cocoa & Kumzits event for women and teenage girls on Motzei Shabbat, January 21, 7:30p-9:30p at 8746 E. Prairie Rd in Skokie.
